01 Acceptance of Terms

02 Eligibility and Registration

To register and use 999bet, you must meet the following eligibility requirements without exception:

Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension or withdrawal restrictions. Each player is permitted to hold only one 999bet account. Duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances or bonuses associated with them will be forfeited. If you believe a duplicate account has been created in your name without your knowledge, contact 999bet support immediately.

03 Account Rules

Your 999bet account is personal to you. You are solely responsible for all activity that takes place under your account, whether or not you authorised it. This includes all bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested.

• Log out of your account when using shared or public devices.

Accounts that have been inactive for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. 999bet reserves the right to apply an inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with applicable regulations. You will be notified before any such fee is applied.

04 Deposits and Payments

999bet accepts deposits via bKash, Nagad, and Rocket — the three primary mobile banking services used in Bangladesh. All deposit methods are processed in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT). Deposits are credited to your 999bet account instantly in most cases.

• Minimum deposit amount: ৳100 per transaction.

• All deposits must be made from a mobile banking account registered in your own name.
• Third-party deposits — where someone else funds your account — are strictly prohibited.
• 999bet does not charge fees on deposits, but your mobile banking provider may apply their own charges.

If a deposit does not appear in your 999bet account within 10 minutes of the transaction being completed on your mobile banking app, contact 999bet support with your transaction reference number. Do not attempt to make a second deposit before the first has been resolved, as this may result in a duplicate credit that will need to be reversed.

05 Withdrawals

Withdrawals from your 999bet account are processed to the same mobile banking method used for your most recent deposit. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the security of your funds.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: ৳200 per transaction.
• Withdrawals are typically processed within 3 minutes of the request being submitted.
• Withdrawal requests submitted during scheduled maintenance windows may experience short delays.
• You must complete any active wagering requirements on bonus funds before a withdrawal can be processed.
• 999bet reserves the right to request identity verification before processing large withdrawals.

If your withdrawal has not arrived within 30 minutes of being approved, contact 999bet support with your withdrawal reference number. In rare cases, delays may be caused by your mobile banking provider rather than 999bet — our support team can help identify the cause and resolve it quickly.

999bet does not charge withdrawal fees. However, if a withdrawal is reversed due to incorrect account details provided by the player, a processing fee may be deducted from the returned amount to cover transaction costs.

06 Bonuses and Vouchers

999bet offers a range of bonuses and promotional vouchers to both new and existing players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms attached to each offer, in addition to the general bonus rules outlined here.

• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement that must be completed before the bonus or any winnings derived from it can be withdrawn.

07 Betting Rules

All bets placed on 999bet are subject to the specific rules of the game or event being wagered on, as well as these general betting rules. By placing a bet, you confirm that you understand and accept the rules of the game.

• Bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been placed.
• Minimum and maximum bet limits apply to all games and are displayed within each game interface.
